Note to Authors
Regular full registrations provide the following benefits:
- Access to all technical program activities with the exception of the tutorials, which have a separate fee.
- Access to receptions, and ticket to the networking and recognition event.
- Access to lunch and coffee-break refreshments
- Coverage for up to 2 papers. Cost for extra paper submissions is $100.
All full Student registrations provide all the benefits of regular registrations, but cover only one paper submission. Cost for extra paper submissions is $100.
Single day registrations only cover conference attendance, lunch, and breaks for the indicated day and cannot be used to cover the publication of a paper in the Xplore Proceedings. At least one author must register at the full conference registration rate in order to have a paper published.
Papers that are not presented at the conference by one of the paper's authors will not be included in the Xplore Proceedings or considered for awards.
An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the full registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by 6 August 2018 - no exceptions.
**Please note that there will be no refunds for cancellations after September 10, 2018.
