The 37th DASC will provide documentation for registered authors of accepted papers to support obtaining a travel visa to the United Kingdom.
If you require a visa support letter to attend the Conference, contact the conference manager by email at: [email protected] In your email, provide the following information:
- Complete name
- Mailing address
- Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application
PLEASE NOTE: You must be registered for the conference to receive a visa support letter.
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the AIAA/IEEE 37th DASC. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference or have an accepted paper before requesting a visa support letter.
